It’s been two years since we faced an unprecedented pandemic that changed the way we live. Throughout that time, farm and food workers have protected our nation’s food security and sustained our economy at their own personal risk of COVID-19 – all to ensure that families across the nation had food on their table and that our economy would keep running.
In recognition of the dignity, labor of food and farm workers as well as their extraordinary courage, TODEC is humbled to partner with the USDA to deliver relief in the form of a $600 one-time payment to eligible farmworkers and meatpacking workers who incurred expenses preparing for preventing exposure to, and responding to, the COVID-19 pandemic that reside in Riverside or San Bernardino Counties.
