Starting on September 16, 2020, as of 9:00am to 5:00pm (Monday-Friday) potential applicants can call 1-888-863-3291 to start their eligibility process. Individuals should not call ahead of time. This program will only assist Riverside County eligible residents. The eligibility and application process will be completed via-telephone. Applicants will be considered on a first come, first served basis until program capacity is reached. Additionally, the need is high and funding is limited.
